We use only A+ grade, high-quality ingredients such as Amul ghee, fresh jaggery, premium dry fruits, and handpicked spices. All our recipes are made in-house without compromise on quality.

Yes, all our items are prepared in small batches to ensure freshness. For delicate items like modaks or puranpolis, we make them fresh on the day of dispatch.

No. We are strictly against the use of preservatives or artificial additives. We use natural techniques like Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) to extend shelf life without compromising health.

Absolutely! Our products come in premium, tamper-proof packaging that makes them ideal for festive gifting, corporate orders, or special occasions.

Yes, we have gluten-free options like Nachni Ladoo and Makai Chakli, and sugar-free alternatives like Dry Fruit Ladoo made with dates and figs.

Each product comes with storage instructions. In general, store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Refrigeration is advised for items like ladoos and puranpolis.

Yes. Our offerings like Ukdiche Modak and Puran Poli are made with satvik ingredients and are perfect for Naivedya during festivals.

Shipping, Delivery & Packaging

Yes, we deliver pan-India via our trusted logistics partners. Certain fresh items like Ukdiche Modaks are limited to Mumbai only.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-6 business days across India. For Mumbai, deliveries may happen within 24-48 hours for select items.

We use food-safe, vacuum-sealed or MAP-sealed packs to retain freshness, aroma, and taste. All parcels are packed with care to prevent damage.

Yes, we offer express delivery for selected products in Mumbai ( with additional charges). Please check availability at checkout or contact our support.

Yes, for bulk or gifting orders you can request a scheduled delivery. Just mention your preferred date during checkout or reach out to us.

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs500 ( local orders ) and Rs800 ( courier orders ) . For smaller orders, a minimal delivery charge may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

Yes , we do offer international shipping . Please contact our customer support for the same .

Orders, Payments & Support

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Razorpay, and wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.You can also opt for Cash On Delivery Option .

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact our customer support immediately.

Yes, every order is invoiced. If you need a GST-compliant bill, simply request one by emailing us at contact@patilkaki.com after placing your order.

Since we deal in perishable goods, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll resolve it promptly. Reach out to us with your order ID.
